At the Greater Peoria Family YMCA, one of our most important goals has always been to enrich the lives of kids in our community, but when some are left out, it leaves us all a bit poorer. As a person with vested interest in the future of your community, you can help these kids grow into responsible, successful adults. YMCA activities help children develop valuable skills, gain confidence and build self esteem. By contributing to YMCA Invest in Youth campaign, you can help us teach these young people such important values as caring, honesty, responsibility and respect.

The Y uses your gift to make a meaningful, enduring impact right in your own neighborhood.

• $100 a child can gain new skills and confidence at 1 week of day camp
• $250 a grandmother raising her daughter’s child can receive 1 week of subsidized after school care
• $500 a single dad joins the Y an dvisits weekly with his children
• $750 Five youths can develop skills they need to do better in school
